Shilpa Medicare appoints Alpesh Dalal as CFO

Shilpa Medicare, a pharmaceutical company in its regulatory filing announced the appointment of Alpesh Dalal as the CFO with effect from May 31 2021.

He replaced Sushil Bajaj who served the company for more than three years and resigned in January 2021.

Dalal has over 22 years of experience in the field of business finance, corporate finance, M&A, strategy and investor relations.

He has served in leadership positions in companies like Raymond, Cipla, Lupin, Thomas Cook, Wockhardt, and in other capacities in Indian Corporate Financial Services and Prime Securities. He started his journey in 1998 as Manager- Audit at the chartered accountancy firm Haribhakti & Co.
