    When asked about whether the organisation heard feedback like this leave policy is discriminatory against male employees, Luthra says, “It’s always natural to hear comments like ‘Why are you not giving us leave?’ when you provide leave for just one section of people in an organisation. But nobody has opposed or questioned the intent of the policy, as everybody was unanimously convinced that it was an absolute necessity.”
